Recombinant multi-species DHX9 protein for cell curture, in vitro study, in vivo study, benchmark, drug discovery & MOA research and positive control for the diagnosis
Genemedi produces recombinant Human, Cynomolgus/ Rhesus macaque, Rat, Mouse, Feline, Canine, Bovine, Equine DHX9 protein for cell curture, in vitro study, in vivo study, benchmark, drug discovery & MOA research and positive control for the diagnosis.
This gene encodes a member of the DEAH-containing family of RNA helicases. The encoded protein is an enzyme that catalyzes the ATP-dependent unwinding of double-stranded RNA and DNA-RNA complexes. This protein localizes to both the nucleus and the cytoplasm and functions as a transcriptional regulator. This protein may also be involved in the expression and nuclear export of retroviral RNAs. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Pseudogenes of this gene are found on chromosomes 11 and 13.[provided by RefSeq, Feb 2010]
The Alternative Names of target: ATP-dependent RNA helicase A,DDX9,DEAH box protein 9,DExH-box helicase 9,DHX9,Ddx9,Dhx9,HEL-5,LKP,Leukophysin (LKP),MRD75,NDH2,NDHII,Nuclear DNA helicase II (NDH II),RHA,RNA helicase A,mHEL-5
